African wild olive is a rich, warm wood native to Eritre, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe. Heavy, dense and beautifully grained, wild olivewood carves into durable natural pieces of art. Wild olive is a favored wood of Kenya's highly skilled Kamba (Akamba) carvers. Set of three 1.5" - 2" wooden hearts.
